How do I register with Frogg Recruitment?

You can register by visiting our website and clicking “Sign In / Up” to create a candidate profile. Alternatively, you can email your CV directly to info@froggsa.co.za and one of our consultants will be in touch.

Is there a cost for candidates to use your services?

No, our services are completely free for candidates. Recruitment fees are paid by the employer, so there is never a cost to you for being placed through Frogg Recruitment.

How long does the recruitment process take?

Timelines vary depending on the role and client requirements. Typically, the process takes 2–6 weeks from initial application to placement. Your consultant will keep you updated throughout.

What types of roles do you recruit for?

We recruit across a wide range of industries and levels — from junior through to executive positions. Our specialities include finance, IT, engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. Visit our services page for the full list.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. We treat all candidate information with the strictest confidence. Your CV will never be sent to a client without your prior consent, and all personal data is managed in compliance with the POPI Act.

How does Frogg Recruitment charge for services?

Our fees are competitive and typically based on a percentage of the successful candidate’s annual salary for permanent placements. For temporary and contract roles, we charge an hourly or daily rate. Contact us for a tailored quote.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

We offer a guarantee period on all permanent placements. If the candidate leaves or is let go within the guarantee period, we will find a replacement at no additional cost. Specific terms are outlined in our service agreement.

How do you source and screen candidates?

We use a thorough multi-step process that includes CV screening, competency-based interviews, reference checks, criminal record checks, and psychometric assessments where applicable. We only present candidates we are confident will be the right fit.

Can you help with temporary or contract staffing?

Yes, we provide full temporary and contract staffing solutions including payroll management, labour compliance, and ongoing support. Whether you need one person or an entire team, we can scale to your needs.
